About this Event
For anyone who feels like life has become more about managing, rushing, or getting through the day — and is craving more colour, curiosity, beauty, and aliveness.
Wonder is easy to lose touch with. Life gets full. Responsibilities pile up. We get used to being productive, practical, prepared, and in control. And over time, the playful, creative, curious, expressive parts of ourselves can start to feel tucked away beneath everything we’re carrying.
Wake Your Wonder is a 3-hour experience designed to help you slow down, soften the grip of managing everything, and remember what it feels like to wander, notice, and simply be.
Set inside the lush beauty of Allan Gardens Conservatory, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body and explore how wonder can widen your attention beyond everything life asks you to carry. Through guided reflection, simple somatic practices, sensory noticing, moments of gentle sharing, and invitations to follow what draws you in, you’ll be invited to remember that life is not only something to manage; it’s something we’re allowed to experience.
You’ll leave with:
- a deeper understanding of how wonder, play, and aliveness can get buried beneath responsibility, routine, or self-protection
- simple somatic tools to help calm your nervous system and create more space for curiosity, beauty, and everyday goodness
- the Wonder Hunt, a guided noticing practice you can return to anytime you want to slow down, follow your curiosity, and reconnect with what feels alive
- a renewed connection to the playful, creative, curious, or expressive parts of yourself that may be ready for more room
- a simple take-home reminder to help you carry the experience into everyday life
Come curious. Leave with a deeper connection to the wonder within you, and the parts of yourself ready to wake back up.
