Sargent Memorial Presbyterian Church invites you to volunteer for our Harvest of Hope Fall Festival & Turkey Giveaway on Saturday, November 21, 2026!
This community-centered event is about bringing people together, supporting local families, and spreading hope during the holiday season. We are looking for dedicated volunteers who are willing to share their time, talents, and energy to help make the day a success.
What to Expect as a Volunteer:
Volunteers will assist with various event activities, including:
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Preparing spaces, arranging tables, and assisting with cleanup.
- Guest Registration & Hospitality: Welcoming attendees, providing directions, and helping guests navigate the event.
- Food & Resource Distribution: Assisting with the distribution of food and community resources.
- Activities & Guest Assistance: Supporting family-friendly activities and helping ensure a welcoming experience for everyone.
- General Event Support: Providing assistance wherever needed throughout the event.
Whether you can lend a helping hand for a few hours or the entire event, your contribution matters!
