Visible mending day class

In this beginner friendly class you will learn how to use decorative patching and sashiko stitching to mend your favourite clothes. Bring your own garment in need of some TLC (a pair of jeans, a light canvas jacket, a denim skirt, a shirt or a blouse) - just make sure that it's made of a woven fabric! I'll provide all necessary materials (fabric scraps for patching, specialist sashiko threads, needles, scissors, pens and pencils for marking), as well as some light refreshments.
