Vinyasa Yoga

Hello! I am Alessandra, I started practicing yoga 8 years ago and quickly fell in love with how grounding and uplifting it felt. My curiosity led me to India, where I completed a Vinyasa teacher training and have since continued to deepen my practice.

I will be offering Vinyasa classes at Lycka Buutkamer, a dynamic form of yoga where breath leads the movement and gently guides the body through each pose. Classes are open to everybody and every body, all levels welcome. See you on the mat! 🌸
