VINTAGE MEETS VEGAN
Vintage Meets Vegan is a community-centered production highlighting plant-based culture, vintage style, sustainability, wellness, and mindful living while intentionally amplifying Black-, women-, LGBTQ-owned brands and underrepresented creatives.
This is an immersive event that bridges the gap between what we wear and what we eat, designed for individuals who don’t follow trends, they set them. Vintage Meets Vegan connects two worlds that already align in values: sustainable fashion and plant-based wellness.
Rooted in purpose, culture, and individuality, this experience invites guests to explore how the choices we make in our closets and kitchens are powerful acts of self-expression and sustainability.
This isn't just about food. It's not just about fashion. It's about transforming our lifestyle from the inside out.
As we experience the change of the season, it is the perfect time to slow down, take inventory of our lives, and declutter our spaces.
Our clothing swap is a strictly 1-for-1 exchange designed to let go of what no longer serves us and keep high-quality fashion in conscious circulation. To ensure a premium, organized shopping experience for everyone, participation is capped at a 10-item maximum per person.
When you claim your Free Clothing Swap Add-On at checkout, please select your estimated tier so our team can prepare the physical racks:
- Light Swapper: Bringing 1 to 5 items to exchange.
- Heavy Swapper: Bringing 6 to 10 items to exchange (Maximum Limit).
To maintain a high-end experience, we only accept items you would proudly gift to a good friend. You will recieve a follow-up email at a later date to confirm your participation and request for more details on the items you are donating.
- Accepted Items: Clean contemporary wear, Gently used vintage, upcycled pieces, ethical/slow-fashion brands, shoes, bags, and quality accessories.
- Not Accepted: Items with stains, holes, odors, pet hair, pilling, or broken zippers. Fast-fashion items showing heavy wear or damage will be rejected at the intake table.
A portion of the event’s community-centered mission includes ensuring that remaining clothing items from swap activations are donated to local organizations supporting unsheltered individuals.
Vintage Meets Vegan is envisioned as more than a traditional vendor market. We intentionally uplift underrepresented entrepreneurs and community-based brands. The event will function as a cultural and educational experience centered around sustainability, style, creativity, environmental awareness, and community connection. The event will feature:
- Curated vintage and sustainable fashion vendors
- Plant-based food and beverage experiences
- Immersive workshops and community education sessions
- A sustainable fashion presentation/runway experience
- Wellness and lifestyle vendors
- Clothing swap and redistribution efforts
- Opportunities for attendees to learn about environmental impact, conscious consumption, and sustainable living practices.
ALL materials, outlines, marketing assets, and communications relate to this event must be 100% human-related. Vendors must use human-authored graphics, photography, and text. All digital promotions and physical booth displays must be 100% human-created. This includes signage, flyers, backdrops, and social media posts promoting your products. Organizers reserve the right to audit promotional materials. Non-compliant displays must be removed immediately.
The Refashion Runway is a featured presentation within Vintage Meets Vegan, celebrating vintage style, sustainable expression, individuality, and wearable storytelling through curated runway moments and creative presentation.
Each ticket holder will receive a complimentary Thick Life Goodie Bag featuring curated items from participating brands and community partners while supplies last.

Workshops & Immersive Experiences
Additional workshops, activations, and immersive experiences will be announced on a rolling basis leading up to the production.
Select experiences may be included with admission, while others may be available as optional add-on experiences designed to deepen community connection, creativity, wellness, and intentional living throughout the event.
