Urban Nature School (Ages 18-40)

Join us for a hands-on 12-session conservation programme where you'll help transform a local park into a thriving haven for wildlife.

Over the course of the programme, participants will learn practical skills in wildlife gardening, habitat creation, ecological monitoring, and nature conservation, while making a tangible and lasting difference to the local environment.

Together, we will create habitats for wildlife, monitor species, restore green spaces, and develop practical conservation skills through a series of engaging workshops and outdoor activities.

Since 2014, Castlehaven Community Association has delivered weekly community gardening sessions across Camden, remaining committed to providing free access to green space and opportunities for environmental learning. Building on this experience, Urban Nature School is a new pilot project designed to engage young adults in nature, conservation, and outdoor learning, creating a welcoming space where everyone can connect with the environment, learn new skills, and contribute to meaningful change.
