Hi Jamie and I are excited to present the first module of Lee Morrisons Urban Combatives. I highly recommend this for a true understanding and appreciation of self protection to counter current threats. This is essential for anyone thinking of becoming a UC instructor under Lee.Contents will include Combatives principles with a deep dive into Soft and Hard skills, you should bring a notebook and pen, groin guard and gum shield as the course will be delivered with both theory and practical sessions. The course will start Sunday 1st November with a second day on the following Sunday (8th) which will progress and end with both practical and theoretical assessments. Times TBC.
Cost £250 this includes a year’s membership to UC. £50 deposit must be paid to Urban
