About this Event
Gail Archer will perform a program that celebrates Ukrainian heritage while looking to the future, featuring rare and adventurous masterpieces by living and recently passed Ukrainian composers. This music – some published, some available only in manuscript – she acquired during her annual travels to that country in the years before the current war. Ms. Archer states, “American audiences are generally not aware of the wonderful composers working in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe… and there’s so much to be appreciated!”
