About this Event

Join us at the in London on May 14th from 3.30pm to 7.30pm as we focus on the the fast-growing UK's Model Portfolio Service (MPS) market and, alongside industry participants, we look into technology and platform-fueled future of this market.

Brought to you by (TWM), this event is the start of a wider project from TWM and its partners mixing elements of our online directory and content resource, research, content, reports and events

The UK MPS market has witnessed significant growth - with that set to continue - over recent years, a reflection of the segment sitting at the intersection of numerous industry topics/pressure points/opportunities - including cost pressures, changing regulations, the deployment of technology, the industrialisation and democratisation of investment product delivery, and so on.

With 20% plus growth over recent years across numerous measurements, the outsourcing of investment management offerings by advisers serving the mass market wealth management market (who then focus on advice and financial planning) is a structural shift that represents a permamnent shift in behaviour.

The MPS space is the perfect of manufacturing meeting distrubution and the integration of technology platforms and tools to maximise scale (and compliance with regulations).

While growth seems a given in the forseeable future, challenges remain - declining fees, increased product complexity, high operational demand and cost, growing desire for personalisation and customisation, clear requirements for significant technological advances, and so on. While the MPS market has become a clear layer within the UK wealth management marketplace, it also highlights clear evolutionary needs.

Significantly, within this event, we will also share an executive-level view on the development, status and future view of the US TAMP model.

Join us and discuss the technology-enabled future of the UK MPS marketplace.
