What to ExpectTUNE-IN is an immersive journey designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided meditation, the therapeutic vibrations of sound, and intentional moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for whatever you may need most in that moment—whether that’s peace, clarity, release, rest, or simply a chance to breathe.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.
After the guided meditation, you’ll simply relax and receive as live instruments and their vibrations continue the journey, allowing your body and nervous system to settle into a place of greater ease and balance.
As the experience comes to a close, gentle Reiki energy will be offered to the group, creating another opportunity to simply receive, relax, and rest in the moment.
We’ll then complete the journey with fellowship—a chance to connect, share if you feel called, ask questions, or simply enjoy being in the company of others before returning to your evening.
No experience is necessary. Just come with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever helps you fully relax, such as:
A yoga mat
Blanket(s)
Pillow for your head and/or under your knees
Water
An eye mask (optional)
Anything else that helps you feel warm, comfortable, and supported
The more comfortable you are, the easier it is to let go, tune in, and simply receive.
We do have a limited supply of mats, blankets, and pillows on a first come first serve basis.
