Before we rush toward the end of the year, let’s take a moment to check in: What’s on your plate?
About this Event

By November, the year has been moving for a while.

You’ve been showing up.

Making things happen.

Taking care of people.

Figuring things out.

Saying yes. Saying no. Saying “Please, give me strength.” 😂

Before we rush toward the end of the year, let’s take a moment to check in:

What’s on your plate?

And we’re not just talking about what’s for dinner.

What’s taking up your time?

Your energy?

Your attention?

Your money?

Your emotional bandwidth?

Your mental space?

What are you carrying that still belongs on your plate?

And what have you been carrying simply because you’ve gotten really good at carrying it?

LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THE PLATE.

Some things on your plate may be nourishing you.

Some may be necessary.

Some may be leftovers from a season you’ve already outgrown.

And some things?

Baby… why are we still eating that? 😂

This isn't about judging yourself or creating another list of things to fix.

It’s about getting honest about what you’re consuming—and what is consuming you.

Because being well-nourished isn't just about what we eat.

We are nourished by what we give our attention to.

By the people we spend time with.

By the spaces we inhabit.

By the stories we tell ourselves.

By the work we do.

By the rest we allow.

By the joy we make room for.

🌱 WHAT WOULD A WELL-NOURISHED LIFE LOOK LIKE?

Imagine yourself moving through life with enough.

Enough time to breathe.

Enough space to think.

Enough connection to feel supported.

Enough joy to remember that life isn't just about getting through the week.

Enough boundaries to protect what matters.

Enough rest to actually hear yourself.

Enough resources to make choices from possibility instead of panic.

What would that version of your life look like?

More importantly…

What would it FEEL like?

BUILD YOUR PLATE

Now we're going to create a different kind of plate.

Instead of filling it with everything you "have to" do, fill it with the things you want to nourish moving forward.

Maybe you want to nourish:

Relationships that feel reciprocal and real.

Your body with movement, rest, good food, and care.

Your relationship with money with more intention and less shame.

Your creativity by making space to play.

Your home so it feels like somewhere you can exhale.

Your peace by protecting your attentioYour dreams by giving them time and energy.

Your joy because grown folks deserve to have some fun too.

And maybe there's something you've been starving for that you finally want to feed.

THE QUESTION ISN'T:

“How can I fit more onto my plate?”

The question is:

“What deserves a place on my plate?”

And just as importantly:

“What can I lovingly remove?”

Because nourishment requires space.

You cannot keep piling things onto the plate and wonder why you don't have room for what you actually want.

So this month, we're making room.

We're choosing what gets fed.

We're choosing what gets our precious time, energy, attention, money, and love.

And we're remembering that YOU are a part of the life you're building.

You don't have to earn rest.

You don't have to apologize for needing joy.

You don't have to pour from an empty cup just because somebody handed you another cup.

Your life is worth nourishing, too. 🌱

Come take a look at what's on your plate.

Come decide what stays.

Come release what doesn't.

And come build a plate that looks a whole lot more like the life you want to live.

Because baby, we are not just trying to survive the meal.

We're learning how to savor it.
