Join My Native Doctor® for Tuesdays with MND, a monthly, physician-led group wellness experience in Chicago. These welcoming sessions offer women an opportunity to connect, explore integrative wellness practices, and learn supportive approaches to their health and well-being.
Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, chronic stress, burnout, or the transitions of motherhood and midlife, this is a space to learn, connect, and prioritize yourself.
What to Expect
Each session may feature a variety of educational and wellness activities, including:
Movement & Mind-Body Practices: Dance, yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Creative Expression: Expressive writing, poetry, and art therapy.
Sound & Relaxation: Sound therapy and restorative sound baths.
Group Wellness Practices: Group acupuncture sessions.
Family Wellness Conversations: Lactation and parenting discussions.
Physician-Led Q&A: An opportunity to ask questions and gain educational insights.
