Somewhere under all your roles and responsibilities, there are things that light you up.Maybe you used to paint, write, dance, make things with your hands. Maybe there's a dream you've been quietly carrying. Maybe you've just got a feeling there's more — you're just not sure where to start.
This 3-hour workshop is about finding it again.
We use yoga to settle in and open up for real reflection — then move through a structured (but not boring!) process to look back at the moments in your life when you felt most alive. We'll trace where those things got buried, and why. Then we'll design tiny experiments to bring them back.

— Yoga to open space for grounded reflection
— Look back at when you felt most lit up
— Map where and when it got buried — and why
— Design tiny experiments to choose your next adventure
