🌊✨ Energy & Sound Healing Afternoon ✨🌊📅 Sunday 6th December
⏰ 2pm
📍 Floreat surf club
Join Carly and myself for a deeply restorative afternoon of chakra balancing, energy realignment and immersive sound healing🌿
Held in a beautiful room and easy parking nearby, this experience is designed to help you slow down, release heaviness and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level 💫
Together we work intuitively with the energy of the group and each individual present, allowing the session to unfold naturally based on what is most needed in the moment 🌙
No two sessions are ever the same.
Some people experience emotional release, clarity, deep relaxation or a sense of lightness they haven’t felt in a long time. Others leave feeling more grounded, calmer and reconnected back to themselves 💛
Using a combination of:
✨ Energy balancing
✨ Intuitive guidance
✨ Meditation
✨ Crystal bowls
✨ Gongs
✨ Drum, chimes & grounding instruments
…the session works gently through the physical, emotional and energetic body to help restore balance and regulate the nervous system 🌿
We have been holding these sessions together for a few years now and the shifts people experience can be truly transformational ✨
A beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe deeply and allow yourself to be supported in a safe and nurturing space 🌊
