The community loves that Toronto Dating Hub continues innovating and introduced the FIRST industry-specific singles mixers in Toronto, which includes healthcare, teachers, law & finance, tech & marketing, and for founders. By popular request, we are bringing back our mixer dedicated for professionals in legal, financial, and healthcare spaces.⚖️💼🩺
We have widened the age range to 55 and will use our colour-coded wristband system so you know attendee age ranges at a quick glance to help you find the right connections.

SPECIAL NOTES BEFORE YOU BUY:
This event is for open-minded singles who want to meet likeminded singles.
- We curate by profession and age range. Individual preferences range widely - We can’t control height, build, style, or anyone’s “type,” and we cannot guarantee you’ll be attracted to who’s in the room.
- Criteria & professions are self-reported. We don’t verify credentials. If someone misrepresented themselves, tell us within 24 hrs of the event so we can address the individuals.
- Chemistry isn’t guaranteed. This is not matchmaking. We don’t promise your ideal partner, a match, or a date.
- Ratios and age ranges may vary - we strive for a balanced ratio but we cannot guarantee every ticketholder will show up/not leave early.
- An event experience is like going to a concert, show, or movie - we provide the event experience but we cannot guarantee that the experience (the individuals) is your type. Not liking the crowd or your decision to leave early is not grounds for a refund/credit.
This event is probably not for you if you have a strict list of must-haves (a certain height, look, or style), you decide in 30 seconds whether someone is worth talking to, or you’d only consider it a success if you met someone you were instantly attracted to.

Do you verify professions?
- No, we do not fact-check or ask for credentials. We rely on honesty so everyone enjoys an authentic experience. If misrepresentation is discovered, we reserve the right to address it, which may include restricting future event access.
Is this a dating event or a networking event?
- Both! Meet like-minded healthcare professionals in a relaxed, social environment. Even if sparks don’t fly romantically, you’ll leave with new friends and connections.
What is the event format?
- Open mingling with light facilitation, icebreakers, and guidance from our host to help everyone connect naturally.
What do I need?
- Dress code: be dinner date ready - like you're going on a fun dinner or lounge date night. You shouldn't look like you're going to the gym / chilling at home!
- Bring a positive and open attitude to interact and meet other singles
Do you pre-screen attendees or offer matchmaking?
We don’t pre-screen/interview participants for this event, but attendees self-identify posessing the required criteria during ticket registration. While we curate based on these criteria, individual personal preferences, compatibility, and chemistry cannot be guaranteed. (Other premium events may include additional pre-screening.)
What if I don’t meet anyone I like (romantically)?
Not every event will produce a romantic match — but there are other valuable outcomes:
- Platonic friendships or people to hang out with
- Opportunities to refine what you want from dating or a partner
- Social skills practice in a fun environment
- Trying new experiences or venues (wine tastings, jet skis, unique locations)
What if someone makes me uncomfortable or is disrespectful?
Please let us know immediately during or within 24 hrs after the event so we can act swiftly. Actions may include addressing the individual in question, offering guidance, or restricting future attendance.
Pricing:
The ticket cost covers your entrance fee, the venue, the event organization/hosting. Eventbrite charges separate fees to use their service.
There are limited tickets. It is strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as we often sell out! Drop in rate is $35+ hst at the door payable by cash or etransfer- IF WE HAVE SPOTS. Please contact us at [email protected] first before you show up to avoid disappointment.
NO REFUNDS will be issued should you change your mind or you can no longer make the event for whatever the reason (review why we don't offer refunds). The ticket includes a $10 deposit which will be deducted from your credit amount should you NOT be able to attend the original date. NO credit will be offered if you cancel within the same day of the event or for no shows.

Will there be food & drinks?
The venue has a great selection for food and drinks/cocktails! And happy hour specials after 8pm. This will be extra and paid directly to the venue.
Why is there a cap on attendance?
Venue capacity and to ensure this is a good, intimate experience for everyone.

Andrea is a proud UTSC Co-op Management alumna who has over a decade of experience in marketing and events. She took her passion & experience and channeled it in her business venture - starting Toronto Dating Hub in May 2020 during the pandemic. It has since been featured on CBC News, Toronto Star, and Flow 93.5. The mission is to transform the way Toronto singles meet - via unique events and tailored date coaching. Because of her in-depth experience planning events, but also having been single, Andrea can not only organize creative & well organized events, she emcees the events herself, and provides coaching to clients.
