Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Baths – NEW FOR 2026Next year, SamatA Yoga Dorset is delighted to bring you a series of six evening sound bath events, held at the beautiful Springfield Country Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa in Wareham. These sessions offer a deeply restorative experience, combining gentle movement, guided meditation, and the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.

When: 7pm–9pm on January 29, March 26, May 21, July 30, September 24, November 26
Where: Studio at The Springfield Country Hotel, Grange Road, Wareham BH20 5AL
Price: £20 per session, or £10 for Samata Yoga members
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket or cushion, water bottle
What Happens in a Session:
Gentle Movement: We start with soft, grounded yoga to help your body unwind.
Guided Meditation: You’ll be guided into a calm, centered space, settling the mind.
Sound Bath: Tibetan singing bowls are played to create a deeply immersive sound bath, encouraging healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
