Asia Society Texas is pleased to present a morning of meditation with Alejandro Chaoul, Ph.D. This session will consist of a guided Tibetan meditation and can be enjoyed by all audiences. Having trained extensively with Tibetan teachers in Himalayan monasteries and the West, and taught around the world, Dr. Ale will guide guests in Tibetan mind-body-spirit practices that help calm and ground us in our busy lives.
