Throwback Therapy is BACK at 1920 Ybor for Thanksgiving Weekend!
After our first event at 1920 Ybor SOLD OUT with over 1,000 people—making it our biggest Throwback Therapy to date—we’re coming back for round two on Saturday, November 28 with a special guest 🤫….
From 8 PM to 2 AM, we’re taking Tampa back through the ’90s and 2000s with six hours of Neo Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Crunk, Miami Bass, dancehall and the club anthems that defined an era.

The 2000s take over with R&B, Hip-Hop, Crunk, Miami Bass, dancehall and club classics from Lil Jon, T-Pain, Usher, Beyoncé, 50 Cent, Nelly, Trina, Trick Daddy, Lil Wayne, Ciara, Missy Elliott and more.

We’re closing out Thanksgiving Weekend singing every word to the R&B records you still know by heart—from Ne-Yo, Joe, Ginuwine, Jon B., Mariah Carey, Keith Sweat, Avant, Silk, Jodeci, H-Town and more.
👟 DRESS CODE THEME: FLY LIKE IT’S 1999
Bring your best ’90s or 2000s-inspired look. Think throwback jerseys, tracksuits, baggy denim, baby tees, velour, fitted caps, oversized tees, graphic tees, denim-on-denim, fresh sneakers and Y2K fashion.
Throwback-inspired looks are encouraged, but not required. Come comfortable and ready to dance.
