Welcome to a Throat Chakra yoga class for gay men who are ready to breathe into the neck, soften the jaw, clear the voice, and stop letting every unsaid thing rent space in the throat penthouse.
This class focuses on the Throat Chakra, also known as Vishuddha, the energetic center connected to expression, truth, speech, purification, and authentic communication. In your chakra materials, Vishuddha is described as the purification center governing expression, ultimate truth, and speech, while also helping clear blocks in authentic communication.
Expect a queer-centered, welcoming yoga experience built around breath, neck release, shoulder softness, gentle flow, and intentional movement.
This is not about yelling your truth from a rooftop while wearing linen and judging everyone’s aura. It is about creating space in the throat, neck, shoulders, breath, and body so your voice can come through with more ease and less emotional buffering.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, softer, louder in the right places, quieter where it counts, and less likely to explain yourself to people who treat listening like optional software.
