About this Event
How well are you aging? Find out before the year ends.
Your chronological age tells you how many years you've lived. But what can your body actually do?
Join us at Thrive Longevity Training for our next Longevity Test Challenge, where you'll put your strength, balance, endurance, and functional fitness to the test.
Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning to see how far you've come, this is your opportunity to establish a baseline, measure your progress, and understand what to focus on next.
What will you test?
You'll take on a series of functional fitness assessments, including:
- Squat: Assess lower-body strength and movement.
- Pull-Up: Test upper-body pulling strength.
- Dead Hang: Challenge grip strength and upper-body endurance.
- Sit-to-Stand: Assess lower-body function.
- Deadlift: Test strength and lifting capability.
- Push-Ups: Measure upper-body pushing strength and endurance.
- Stability Shoe & Sock Test: Challenge balance and stability.
- Farmer Carry: Test grip, core stability, and functional strength.
What will you get out of it?
- An estimate of your biological age based on the assessment used.
- A snapshot of your current physical capabilities.
- A baseline to compare against future assessments.
- Personalized recommendations to help guide your training and longevity goals.
Who should participate?
Everyone! You don't need to be an athlete or be in peak physical condition to take part.
Whether you're just getting started, returning to exercise, or have been training consistently for years, the goal is to understand where you are today and identify opportunities to improve.
This isn't about competing against someone else. It's about measuring your progress and building a stronger, more capable body for the years ahead.
Good to know
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes that allow you to move freely.
What should I bring?
A water bottle and your willingness to challenge yourself.
Do I need to be fit to participate?
No. The goal is to establish your personal baseline. Exercises can be adapted to your abilities, and you should let the team know about any limitations before starting.
How long will it take?
Please allow approximately 20–30 minutes per person and you will get your testing slot a week before the event.
Can I take the test again in the future?
Absolutely. Retesting is a great way to track your progress and see how your training is paying off.
