Welcome to the Thrive By Design Youth Summit!
The Thrive By Design Youth Summit is not simply a youth conference. It is a youth-led co-creation and action summit designed to bring young people into direct partnership with the adults who have the authority, resources, relationships, and influence to change the systems affecting their lives.
The Summit brings together SHIFT Fellows, district leaders, policymakers, elected officials, mental health professionals, and other system leaders around a central proposition:
Young people should not simply be asked what they need. They should have the power to help design what comes next. #ThriveByDesign
