Khmer & Khmer Krom Buddhism, culture and community will be celebrated.
Dive into simple practices to calm your mind, improve focus, and feel more balanced every day.
Whether you're curious or experienced, this event offers a relaxed space to learn and connect.
AGENDA
1. This event will include a brief Buddhist chanting by a Buddhist Chaplain and/or Monk
2. You will be introduced to Buddhist teachings, the Buddha's Life and how you can apply these teachings in your life.
3. We will engage in aFlow of Life Meditation with breathing exercises Together.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There will also be time to socialize with the teacher and other participants
Light refreshments will be provided.
New Attendees will receive a red bracelet that has been blessed by Venerable Bhante Dhammo.
DONATIONS WELCOMED
This is a free event. A dana donation box and envelopes will be available should you wish to contribute to the future development of programs at our temple. Donations can also be sent to Ven. Bhante Dhammo, abbot of the temple by e-transfer. The temple is a registered charity.
