A day for women in the North to finally put themselves on the list.The Whole Woman Summit is bringing women, trusted experts and local resources together for one day of real conversations about the transitions we go through throughout our lives, and the support that exists right here in Sudbury.
Because finding help for ourselves shouldn’t be this hard.
We have incredible professionals, services and resources in our community, but so often we don’t know where to find them, who to ask, or what is available until we really need it.
We want to change that.
On October 24, join us for a day designed around the whole woman.
We’ll talk about the things women are actually navigating: hormones and menopause, ADHD, health and wellness, changing bodies, identity, relationships, purpose, careers, motherhood, life transitions and what comes next.
But this is not a medical conference or a day of sitting quietly listening to speakers.
It’s an experience.
Come to learn something about yourself.
Discover resources you didn’t know existed.
Ask questions you may have been wondering about for years.
Meet women from our community.
Laugh. Connect. Eat great food. And enjoy a day that is actually for you.
You’ll hear from trusted experts, take part in honest conversations and leave with a better understanding of the people and resources available to support women in our community.
And please don’t worry about having someone to come with.
Come alone. Bring your mom. Your sister. Your daughter. Your best friend. Bring a whole table of girlfriends.
