- 5:00 PM: Arrival for food, tea and coffee, with time to visit our impact stalls showcasing the work we do at The Welcoming with staff and volunteers.
- 6:00 PM: The formal AGM begins
- Sweet treat, tea, coffee & networking: Enjoy something sweet after the meeting, with tea and coffee, and a chance to chat and connect with other attendees.

Everyone! Whether you’re a service user, volunteer, funder, partner, or a member of the public curious about our work, you belong at this celebration.
Please note: age suitability 18+, but babies and children under 2 years old are welcome and do not require a ticket.
