ABOUT KEEGAN
I'm Keegan Hirst. Former professional rugby league player. Came out at the top of the sport. Built Gay Man's Coaching from scratch.
I've spent years working out how to stop apologising for who I am and the framework I've built is what's worked, for me and for hundreds of men since.
This day is the most condensed version of that work that exists.
