The Unachievable was created to spotlight the moments, decisions, setbacks, and breakthroughs that shape extraordinary journeys. These are the stories that remind us that success rarely follows a straight line, and that some of life’s greatest lessons come from the challenges we never saw coming.

This month, we’re excited to welcome Mahsa Tabibiyan, Founder of Sweet Castle Bakery.

At The Unachievable, she will share the story behind “When He Leaves, She Rises” — what happens when a woman is told her value, her security, and her future depend on a man staying. Mahsa came to entrepreneurship from textile engineering and fashion, opened Sweet Castle in 2022, and built a French-inspired bakery and café known across Edmonton for luxury pastries, allergy-conscious baking, and genuine community. She will speak openly about rebuilding after loss, rejection, and abandonment, and about the difference between proving you never needed anyone and knowing you can stand on your own.

Her message is for anyone who has been told, directly or indirectly, “You are nothing without me.” Her answer is simple: “Watch me stand.”
