Most people were never taught how to ask for the touch they want, how to give touch with precision, or how to truly witness what happens in the body.The Touch Lab is a guided, structured 2-hour experience in active receiving, clear communication, and conscious, consensual touch.
Participants work in groups of three:
one receiver
one giver
one witness
Everyone gives, everyone receives, everyone witnesses.
The receiver directs the experience, the giver follows exactly, and the witness observes without interfering.
This is a fully clothed, non-intimate, consent-led learning space.
