About this Event
With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chodor
One of the clearest presentations of the path to enlightenment is a short poem called The Three Principal Aspects of the Path. Composed over 600 years ago by the extraordinary teacher Je Tsongkhapa, this legendary poem distils the vast path to enlightenment into three essential realizations: renunciation, bodhichitta, and the wisdom realizing emptiness.
By gradually gaining experience of these three profound understandings, we can learn to transform every aspect of our life into our spiritual path—with confidence, meaning, and joy.
“You should not be attached to worldly enjoyments,
But strive to find the real meaning of human life
By listening to and practising the instructions given here,
Which all the previous Buddhas practised with delight.”
- Je Tsongkhapa
