The Things We Don’t Say About Intimacy is hosted by Women Who Dare founder, Beverley Akufo-Addo. It's a space for brave conversations to explore the "what ifs" and "why's" that many of us question in our minds but never say out loud. We'll have a range of engaging activities you'll enjoy whether you come solo or with friends.
We’ll be joined by psychosexual and relationship therapist, Sylvia Anim, for a live guest interview. She's the founder of Sex Talk With Sylvs CIC and creates spaces for open, honest, judgment-free conversations. Sylvia encourages people to explore how culture, religion, upbringing and past experiences shape their views on sex and relationships, while challenging the narratives we've been conditioned to believe.
Together, we'll be breaking down the shame, stigma and taboos surrounding sex, intimacy and relationships - whether queer, heterosexual, monogamous, or ethically non-monogamous. It’s time to start speaking about The Things We Don’t Say.
