A free breakfast event for Suffolk businesses exploring what it takes to create workplaces that work for humans.
What makes a workplace somewhere people can genuinely thrive?
And what happens when we look beyond workplace wellbeing as a collection of initiatives and start thinking about the everyday conditions, relationships and experiences that shape how it feels to work somewhere?
On 28th October, Emotional First Aid is bringing together a small group of people from Suffolk businesses for a practical morning of learning, conversation and connection.
We'll begin over breakfast, with a choice of cooked or continental options, before hearing from the creator and developer of Emotional First Aid.
You'll experience some of the ideas and approaches behind EFA first-hand, not simply hear about what we do.
We'll then take one question from the session back to the tables. Each discussion will be facilitated by a member of the EFA team, giving you the opportunity to explore the question with people from other Suffolk organisations, share different perspectives and consider what it might mean within your own workplace.
We'll finish with open networking, giving you time to continue the conversations, meet other local businesses and speak with the EFA team.
You'll leave with new ideas to consider, new perspectives from other Suffolk businesses, and a better understanding of the approach Emotional First Aid brings to workplace wellbeing and Human Sustainability.
This event is designed specifically for senior leaders and decision-makers within Suffolk-based organisations — including business owners, directors and senior leaders with responsibility for people, culture, wellbeing or organisational development.
Places are completely free, but we're deliberately limiting attendance to 30 people to keep the discussion useful and give everyone an opportunity to contribute.
