About this Event
In this staged theater event, the historic strings of Ensemble Gothic join five performers who enact a stunning series of poetry, choreography and tableaux vivants, filled with iconography taken directly from Renaissance ideaology, to superimpose the summoning of three famous witches onto the most chilling musical selections.
The result will yeild thrilling connections to the witches of William Shakespere's Macbeth and Henry Purcell's Sorceresses from Dido and Anneas as each character emerges from the shadows.
