A 6-Week Practical Confidence & Speaking Workshop

This 6-week in person workshop is designed to help you become more confident, clear and impactful when speaking at work, without trying to become someone you’re not.
Whether you avoid speaking up in meetings, overthink presentations, lose confidence under pressure or simply want to communicate with more presence and authority, this course will give you practical tools you can use immediately.
This is not about “performing” or public speaking tricks. It’s about learning how to feel calmer, think clearly under pressure and communicate with confidence in everyday professional situations.

About Kate Gilbert
Kate is an actor and executive public speaking consultant and coach who helps leaders and founders communicate with calm, clarity and presence.
With over ten years of coaching experience and a 20-year career as a performer and writer, Kate has worked with executives at organisations including Wall Street firms, KPMG and Ralph Lauren, across industries from banking and architecture to the NHS and sport. As an actor, she's performed alongside Damian Lewis, Jason Donovan, OT Fagbenle and Warren Brown.
Known for her calm, grounded approach, Kate brings warmth, honesty and a belief that “anyone can do this” to her work. Her training blends psychology, purpose and performance techniques drawn from years on stage and in front of the camera.
Participants leave with greater confidence, a shift in mindset and a more empowering relationship with communication. At the heart of Kate’s work is a genuine commitment to helping people move beyond self-doubt, connect more deeply and express themselves fully.
Off stage, Kate can be found leading workshops in confidence or on podcasts, radio interviews and magazines like The Confidence Magazine. If it's a weekend you might find her killing someone in a M**der mystery or playing Sybil Fawlty in a comedy dinner show.
