Welcome to The Speakers Lab!

A 6-Week Practical Confidence & Speaking Workshop

Do you know what you want to say… but struggle to say it confidently in meetings, presentations or professional conversations?

This 6-week in person workshop is designed to help you become more confident, clear and impactful when speaking at work, without trying to become someone you’re not.

Whether you avoid speaking up in meetings, overthink presentations, lose confidence under pressure or simply want to communicate with more presence and authority, this course will give you practical tools you can use immediately.

This is not about “performing” or public speaking tricks. It’s about learning how to feel calmer, think clearly under pressure and communicate with confidence in everyday professional situations.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to:
  • Speak with more confidence in meetings
  • Manage nerves and overthinking
  • Improve your presence and body language
  • Become more memorable and impactful
  • Handle presentations and workplace speaking situations with greater ease
  • Build genuine confidence through practical exercises and repetition

Each session is interactive, supportive and practical, with exercises designed to help you build confidence by doing - not just listening.

Perfect for:

  • Junior to mid-level professionals
  • People who feel nervous speaking in groups
  • Professionals who want to progress in their career
  • Anyone wanting to improve workplace confidence and communication

What to expect:
  • Small supportive group environment
  • Practical weekly exercises
  • Real-world speaking practice
  • Actionable tools you can apply immediately
  • A relaxed, encouraging atmosphere

Confidence is not something you’re born with.
It’s something you build.

Join us in Central London for six weeks of practical speaking and confidence building exercises designed to help you feel more comfortable, capable and confident in professional situations.

Spaces are limited to keep the group personal and interactive.

So whether you’re a beginner or looking to polish your style, join us. Bring your energy and enthusiasm, because The Speakers Lab is all about real practice, real feedback, and real growth. Don’t miss out on this chance to find your voice and own the spotlight!
