'The Sound Healing Symphony' is the largest sound bath gathering in the country, bringing together world-class meditative musicians to guide you to a state of peace.
If you have a hard time meditating, or feel like you can't 'get there'— give this a try.
Most guests choose to lie down and receive the music like a sonic massage, though seated options are available as well.
We're excited to come home to Grace Cathedral on Wednesday, October 21st 💜
It's our last community gathering of the year ✨
Tickets go up on Thursday, October 1st at 3pm PST.

Sound Meditation Presents is a nonprofit on a mission to make the healing power of sound accessible to everyone, through immersive concerts, educational programs, and our sound bath app. Over the last ten years we've shared 188 performances with more than 60,000 people, and our dream next year is to go nationwide.
Sound meditation (often known as 'sound healing' or 'sound baths') is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.
You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try!
