About this Event
Step inside The Sharpie Mark-et, a playful hand-drawn pop-up store celebrating creativity, colour and the permanent mark we leave on the world.
For a limited time, Sharpie is inviting the public to take part in intimate, small-group art sessions hosted by Melbourne artist and illustrator Alice Oehr. Inspired by the everyday magic of the supermarket, each session will give guests the chance to explore different art techniques, experiment with the Sharpie range and create their own take-home piece inside The Sharpie Mark-et.
About the experience
Part gallery, part supermarket and part creative playground, The Sharpie Mark-et transforms the everyday grocery store into a colourful world ready to be filled in. Guests will move through hand-drawn aisles, discover playful creative prompts and join Alice Oehr for a guided hands-on session exploring simple art techniques that anyone can try.
Whether you doodle, design, customise, journal or simply want to make something with your hands, this is an invitation to pick up a Sharpie and make your first mark.
