THE RHYTHM OF HER BIOLOGY
Better Relationships Begin With Understanding.
What if some of the challenges we experience in relationships have less to do with what we say and more to do with what we were never taught about biology?
Join K. Elizabeth Stephen, founder of the Center for Relational Understanding and a women's health coach certified by Dr. Mindy Pelz, for an engaging, four-hour educational experience exploring the role women's biology plays in how we communicate, connect, and relate.
Designed for men. Created to strengthen understanding in every relationship.
Through education, guided conversations, interactive exercises, and shared discoveries, participants will explore:
How women's hormonal rhythms influence different aspects of daily life.
How men's and women's biology can differ and what those differences may mean for relationships.
The relationship between biology, stress, emotions, and communication.
How understanding women's biology can bring new perspectives to partnerships, families, friendships, and professional relationships.
How greater awareness can create opportunities for more meaningful connection.
AN EXPERIENCE TO SHARE
Each registered man is invited to bring one woman as his complimentary learning partner.
She may be his wife, partner, daughter, mother, sister, friend, or another important woman in his life.
This shared educational experience offers opportunities for conversations and discoveries that continue long after the workshop ends.
