About this Event
What if the circumstances of our lives aren’t the only thing causing us pain?
What if much of our suffering comes from the meaning we make about what happens to us?
In this interactive workshop, Amber Heath M.A., matchmaker, relationships coach, Meaning Mirror personal transformation guide, and personal stylist will explore how meaning becomes belief, how those beliefs shape the way we see ourselves, other people, and what’s possible—and how fear can quietly begin organizing our choices and our lives.
This isn’t about positive thinking, denying reality, or convincing yourself that painful things don’t hurt. It’s about learning to recognize the difference between what happened and what you’ve come to believe it means.
Through conversation, reflection, and guided exercises, you’ll have an opportunity to examine one area of your own life, uncover what may be underneath your suffering, and explore what becomes possible when you meet what you find with honesty, compassion, and self-trust.
