What happens when you slow things down to notice what's really here?
About this Event

We spend much of our lives meeting the world through habits, tendencies and ways of responding that often go unnoticed.

What if we approached things differently?

Not trying to change it.
Not trying to get it right.
Just noticing.

The Practice of Noticing invites us to become more curious about ourselves and how we shape our daily lives. We explore what becomes possible when attention itself becomes a practice.

Join Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner Elizabeth Ewanchuk for a gentle guided exploration of sensation, stillness and attention, allowing experience to unfold at its own pace.

__________

Perhaps you:

  • feel pulled in different directions and want somewhere to land
  • are curious about what might emerge if you pause
  • notice a tendency to push through and wonder what happens when you don’t
