Who are we?
We are Gasat and Christen and we love creating safe spaces for healing.
Gasat is the founder of SONAR. He is a purpose-driven men’s group facilitator devoted to the evolution of men and masculinity. His work is rooted in deep curiosity about identity, emotional liberation and the complex intersectionalities that shape how men show up in the world.
For over a decade, Gasat has trained with respected teachers and elders across the globe, developing a grounded and trauma-aware approach to facilitation. He offers safe, courageous spaces where the unsaid can be expressed and where men are guided to reclaim their truth, autonomy and integrity.
Through his work, Gasat advocates for a new vision of masculinity, one anchored in emotional honesty, fairness and collective healing.
Christen is the co-founder of The Whole Some Space, an organisation devoted to creating safe, inclusive environments where people are invited to show up authentically, heal deeply, and reconnect with community. His work is guided by an intuitive and energetic approach, shaped by Irish Celtic Druid and West African Akan Okomfo ancestral lineages.
A singer-songwriter, sound healing facilitator, and yoga teacher, Christen weaves together voice, vibration, and embodied practice to support emotional release and inner alignment. Through his offerings, he holds grounded, nurturing spaces where individuals can explore their truth, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and others.
