About this Event
This workshop series is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of why we practice yoga on the mat and how these teachings can support us in everyday life.
Over three Saturdays, we'll explore how energy moves through the subtle body, how to recognise imbalances, and how to work with them to cultivate greater steadiness, clarity and balance, on and off the mat.We will look at yoga philosophy through a practical lens, discussing classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and exploring how their different approaches can be applied in real, modern life situations. Expect open conversation, reflection, and simple tools you can integrate immediately.
On the final day, we will integrate what we've learned with Jala Neti Kriya (nasal cleansing), followed by a longer pranayama, meditation and asana session.
Throughout the three weeks, you'll receive small ''homework'' practices to help you stay connected to the material and bring these teachings into your daily routine.
Please bring your own yoga mat
Optional cushion or blanket for extra comfort
Spaces are limited.
Looking forward to diving deep together!!!
