Get on the water with us for a 45min - 1 hour family canoe session – a fun, accessible way to enjoy the Thanes together. This event is part of the Kew Bridge Open Day 2026
🛶 Cost: £10 per canoe
🕒 Session length: 45mins - 1 hour on the water, + 15-30min setup (meet at time on ticket, setup included in the time slot)

👨👩👧 Who can join?: Each canoe can seat 1–2 adults with 2 small children, or 1 adult with up to 2 teenagers. Our team will help match you to the right setup.

What to bring and wear:
Come dressed in activewear you don’t mind getting wet – moisture-wicking clothes are best.
Bring a full change of clothes, just in case!
Changing facilities are limited, so we recommend arriving ready to go.
What’s provided:
All canoes, paddles, and buoyancy aids
Friendly, qualified coaches to guide you throughout the session
A relaxed, family-friendly experience – no previous paddling needed
Weather and safety:
Sessions run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.
In the event of cancellation, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or reschedule.
