All ticket sales are final.
By purchasing a ticket, customers are securing entry to a live leisure event held on a specific date and at a specific venue. For this reason, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be offered once a ticket has been purchased, including but not limited to circumstances such as inability to attend, change of personal circumstances, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or personal preference.
If a fighter withdraws or is replaced, the event will still proceed as planned, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.
If a fighter withdraws and no suitable replacement can be found, resulting in that specific boxer not competing, a refund will be issued only to affected ticket holders.
Refunds will be issued only in the event that the entire event is cancelled by the organiser.
If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new OR option of having a full refund.
By completing a ticket purchase, customers acknowledge, understand, and accept this refund policy in full and agree that they are not entitled to a refund outside of the circumstances outlined above.
