Introducing The Reset — a new monthly wellbeing experience from The Honeybunch Community, created to give mums intentional time to pause, connect and take care of themselves.
Our launch theme is LET IT GO 💛
We’ll start with relaxed connection and conversation, including our anonymous discussion box — giving you the opportunity to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Then it’s time to truly switch off with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath with Gong Well by Lisa, a Nationally/ internationally recognised accredited sound therapist practioner, helping you unwind, release and reset.

• Herbal teas & fruit platter provided
• Café refreshments available to purchase
• Restorative sound bath with Gong Well by Lisa
• Space to simply breathe and be YOU
💛 JUST FOR MUM
This month's Reset is child-free, giving you the space to fully switch off and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. Future Reset sessions will alternate between child-free and child-friendly experiences.
🌿 Getting comfortable for the Sound Bath We want you to be able to properly settle in, switch off and enjoy the experience in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
We’ll provide:
🧘🏽♀️ Yoga mats
😌 Eye masks
🪑 Chairs for anyone who would prefer to experience the sound bath seated
🍵 Complimentary herbal teas
🍓 Fresh fruit to enjoy
Please bring:
🛏️ Your own pillow
🧣 A blanket to keep you warm and cosy
You’re welcome to enjoy the sound bath lying down or sitting on a chair — there’s no pressure to lie on the floor. Simply choose whichever feels best for your body and comfort. 💛
The venue also has an on-site café, where you’ll be able to purchase additional drinks, snacks and refreshments if you fancy something extra. ☕️💛
