About The Omnific
One of the world’s most innovative instrumental acts, The Omnific make their long-awaited Asia tour debut in 2026, bringing their boundary-pushing, bass-driven spectacle to Asia for the very first time.
Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, The Omnific are a truly singular force: a progressive instrumental trio led by the otherworldly dual-bass interplay of Toby Peterson-Stewart and Matt Fack, fused with the explosive precision of drummer Jerome Lematua. With no guitar in sight, the band creates a rich, genre-defying sound that moves effortlessly between progressive rock and metal, djent, funk, and immersive synth-driven soundscapes, a sonic identity entirely their own.
Their breakout debut Escapades (2021) stormed to #3 on the Australian AIR Independent Album Charts and drew praise from Metal Hammer, Guitar World, and PROG Magazine - “a veritable masterclass in the art of the bass player”. The Omnific continued their ascent with 2024’s The Law Of Augmenting Returns, an ambitious and expansive release that has helped propel them to over 20 million Spotify streams and 7 million YouTube views worldwide.
The Omnific’s pulsating live show, full of showmanship and stellar technical performances, has left a lasting impression on audiences worldwide, including Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, and Australia to date. The Music put it simply, “The Omnific never cease to entice, excite and amaze”. The Omnific have toured with Polyphia, Opeth, The HU, TesseracT, Leprous, Intervals, Ne Obliviscaris, Cynic, Between The Buried And Me, Twelve Foot Ninja, and Bernth & Charles Berthoud, to name a few. They’ve featured at key European festivals including Brutal Assault (CZ), Arctangent (UK), Vagos Metal Fest (PT), Radar (UK), and Euroblast (DE).
