This is a space for curiosity, conversation, and self-discovery. A chance to pause, reconnect, and learn through lived experience, shared wisdom, and practical knowledge.
Facilitated by Georgia, a Registered Nurse and Boulderstone Practitioner specialising in women’s health, bringing together evidence-based knowledge, holistic perspectives, and practical tools to support deeper self-understanding.
Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, seeking a stronger connection with your body, or simply longing for meaningful conversation with other women, you are warmly welcome.
Please bring a journal and pen, along with anything else that helps you feel comfortable, such as a pillow or blanket.
