Uncomfortable or difficult conversations are part of (working)life. As a manager, you’ll have to have them. Think of misalignment on performance, behavioral issues or firing someone. In this session, you learn how to approach these conversations with confidence & care. Learn how to prepare, what to expect, and how to deal with any type of (emotional) reaction you get.
During this 3-hour session, you'll have the space to rehearse the conversations you find tricky, so you can show up prepared and with confidence.
Our open enrollment sessions always consists of two elements:
- Models or tools to play with
- Practice with a training actor
There’ll be room for connection, conversation, and a croissant on the side 🥐.
