Babies and toddlers are welcome!
Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy, emotional, and full of moments no one prepares you for. Whether you're pregnant, holding a newborn, or chasing toddlers, you deserve a space to exhale, be heard, and feel supported.
Join this free weekly online peer support group, created for pregnant women, new moms, and moms of young children, and led by an experienced social worker and fellow mama. This is a safe, judgment-free space where real talk is welcome.
Keep in mind this is not therapy. It's peer support, mom to mom facilitated by an experienced social worker mama. Come as you are, whether you’re still expecting, recovering postpartum, or in the thick of toddler life.
Important Information: You’re welcome to join us every week or simply attend the sessions that work best for you. Registering helps us send you a reminder before each meeting, but it’s optional.
