This experience is hosted by Techies + Wellness, a leading wellness community in the PNW.
Explore well-being beyond the surface through ancient wisdom, body wisdom, spirit wisdom, lived experience and science—alongside wisdom speakers, wellness practitioner sessions, interactive wellness experiences and a marketplace of conscious brands—all thoughtfully brought together in the heart of Seattle.
Nourishment is included in your Inner Wisdom experience. Enjoy a seasonal, build-your-own warm ginger sesame nourish bowl lunch by Table & Tines Catering, followed by two handcrafted afternoon energy bites from Fuller NutriFuel. Both are included with conference admission.

SOUND BATH INTEGRATION - OPTIONAL ADD ON
After a day of inspiring voices, fresh perspectives and meaningful discovery, the Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath offers an opportunity to move from inspiration into integration. Led by Techies + Wellness founder Jamie Cabaccang, this immersive experience weaves the resonant frequencies of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls with the deep tones of a sacred metal gong. As the vibrations move through you, the day's insights take root and settle beyond words, into restoration, reflection and a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom. Receive it lying down or seated, however your body feels most held.
