About this Event
Salah is the heartbeat of a Muslim’s day, yet for many of us, especially those newer to Islam, it can feel like a list of steps to get right rather than a conversation with Allah.
Join Embrace South Florida for an afternoon exploring both sides of the prayer:
🕌 The outer dimension: the form of salah, from wudu to the positions, recitations and their meanings, so you can pray with confidence.
🤍 The inner dimension: khushu’ (presence of heart), sincerity, and how to make each prayer a moment of real connection rather than routine.
Whether you took your shahada last week or years ago, are still learning the basics, or simply want to reconnect with your prayer, you’re welcome here. Come as you are, bring your questions, and leave with a deeper love for salah.
🍽️ Refreshments will be provided.
Because we’re arranging catering based on headcount, registration is required. Please RSVP for yourself and anyone joining you, so we can make sure there’s plenty for everyone.
⏰ RSVP by Friday, Nov 13 so we can finalize catering. Please register each guest!
