Doubles pickleball tournament benefiting West Boca Raton High School HOSA, our future healthcare professionals.
CHECK-IN: Opens at 12:30 PM. Games start at 1:00 sharp, so please arrive on time.
FORMAT: Doubles only. Pool play into a playoff bracket. Every team is guaranteed at least 3 games. Games to 11, win by 2, with a time cap to keep things moving.
ENTRY: $50 per team (covers both players). No partner? Sign up as a free agent for $25 and we'll pair you up. Registration closes November 11 or when all 14 team spots are filled.
WHAT TO BRING: Your own paddle, water, and court shoes. We provide the balls.
RULES: Players call lines on their own side. If you're not sure, it's in. The server calls the score before every serve. Disputed points get replayed. The tournament director has the final say.
PRIZES: Awarded to 1st and 2nd place.
RAIN POLICY: If weather cancels play, the tournament moves to our rain date, Sunday, November 22, same time and place. Tickets carry over automatically. Can't make the rain date? Email us within 48 hours for a refund. If play starts and weather stops it partway through, standings at that point decide prizes and no refunds are issued. Any weather call will be announced by 9 AM on event day.
REFUNDS: Full refund (minus Eventbrite fees) until November 8. After that, no refunds, but you can transfer your spot to another player by emailing us the new name.
PLEASE NOTE: This event is held in a private residential community. Players and guests must stay in the court area and park only in designated spots. All players sign a liability waiver at check-in (parent signature required for anyone under 18).
