About this Event

The HEALIT Mastermind - Heal Her Edition – Discover Yourself to Elevate Your World

Join us at The Exhibit for a powerful day of connection, reflection, and growth as we celebrate International Women’s Month and Mother’s Day.

With our nuture, care & collective, we are honouring the women who nurture, lead, and hold families, communities, and themselves together.

This special Heal Her Edition features all female speakers and is designed to create space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other in a deeply meaningful way.

Success on the outside doesn’t always translate to fulfillment on the inside. You may be accomplished, capable, and surrounded by people, but still feel disconnected, emotionally guarded, or alone.

Many women learn to self-preserve, to be strong, and to carry it all… often at the cost of intimacy, vulnerability, and authentic connection.

This mastermind is an invitation to soften without losing your strength, to reconnect without sacrificing your independence, and to build relationships that truly nourish you.

Hosted by Hailey Spring, creator of The HEALIT Mastermind, this immersive experience is designed for high-achieving women who crave deeper connection with their partners, children, friends, communities, and themselves. Because success means little if you don’t feel seen, supported, and understood.

Through a powerful and practical framework, Hailey and our guest speakers will guide you to:

  • Rediscover who you are beneath the roles you carry
  • Reset unhelpful patterns in communication and connection
  • Strengthen emotional resilience and self-trust
  • Cultivate relationships that feel safe, supportive, and aligned

A Family-Friendly Experience 🤍

The whole family is welcome. While you immerse yourself in the mastermind, children will enjoy a special cinema experience, watching Inside Out 1 & 2 in a dedicated theatre room, fully supervised by a professional childcare chaperone, allowing you to be fully present and at ease.

What to Expect:

✔️ Interactive, Action-Based Sessions – Practical tools you can implement immediately
✔️ Powerful Female Speakers – Real conversations around connection, boundaries, and emotional wellbeing
✔️ Networking Over Lunch – Build genuine relationships with like-minded women in a supportive space

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ How to move beyond emotional walls and create deeper, authentic connections
✔️ Tools to strengthen self-trust, emotional intelligence, and resilience
✔️ How relationship dynamics work and how to navigate them with confidence
✔️ Ways to align ambition, motherhood, and personal fulfillment
✔️ Practical communication strategies that foster closeness and understanding

This is your opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect within yourself and with the people who matter most.

Because healing isn’t just personal… it’s relational.

Celebrate yourself. Celebrate womanhood. Heal, connect, and flourish.

Don’t miss this transformative experience! Your relationships are worth it
